Her favorite food is Nashville hot chicken (after living in Nashville for five years) and she enjoys discovering new local dining spots through out Cary and the greater Raleigh-Durham “Triangle” area.
In her role as Director of Faith Formation, Lauren is involved in GSUCC’s Children & Youth Ministries, and works closely with the church’s Christian Education Ministry, where she is an active participant in devising and overseeing curriculum and activities.
